The Top of Broadway Community Benefit District provides the following services:
SAFETY & SECURITY
To report an emergency, please call 911. You can also contact Central Station for non-police emergencies at (415) 315-2400.
The safety team is on patrol Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights from 10:00pm – 2:30am.

Incident reports may be made at any time, but please keep service hours with regards to a response time.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
5 days per week (Thursday – Monday 8am-12pm) sidewalk sweeping (building to curb/gutter) and cleaning, graffiti removal, and monthly pressure washing (1/4 of district per week). Landscaping within the district is also maintained where necessary.
To report a graffiti incident, illegal dumping, or other clean up issue please contact:
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about the GRAFFITI WAIVER, which gives permission to Dome to remove graffiti on your private property (under 10 feet and within the boundaries of the CBD district)
For sidewalk cleaning or other issues you can also report to the City by calling 311.
MARKETING & PUBLIC RELATIONS
The Top of Broadway CBD is currently without a marketing director at this time. Please refer any and all questions to the District Manager.
